Hello Tiger Families! We are excited to announce that we have the opportunity to work with Cherokee Nation on the Summer Nutrition EBT program. Households that meet income requirements for Free/Reduced meals qualify to participate with USDA Summer Nutrition Program operated by Cherokee Nation Public Health. As a school district we will be sharing student data verification with the Cherokee Nation agency with your permission. This program provides households with $40 for three months ($120 total) in nutritional food during the summer months when school is not in session. To be eligible, students must be on the free or reduced lunch program. Students DO NOT have to be tribal members.
